Madrid is a major city in Spain built on the mixture of old and new with its narrow and wide streets that have an atmospheric feel about them and give you a feeling of the local culture with its open spaces.

Madrid is one of the many cities that is home to some of the worlds best artwork that have been acquired over the years by the monarchs to the more recent artwork that is located in the Rena Sofa museum.  With galleries and museums put aside, you will get a real taste of Madrid by immersing yourself into the daily life of the local culture.

By becoming part of the local lifestyle and hanging out in the traditional cafes, restaurants, exploring the old narrow streets or going down to the Sunday flea market you will get a true experience of how the locals live.

Madrid is also a mecca for a great night life with its thousands of bars, clubs and discos and as some of the best festivals and top bullfighting events around Spain such as the San Isidro festival.
